Kimi Bensonhaver
Kimi believes that Yoga is for everyone & her intention is to make each student feel welcome, challenged and inspired. She has been a yogini for over two decades and has taught yoga for a decade. She is an E-RYT 200 hour certified instructor with a deep love and gratitude for the yoga practice. Aside from yoga, her other passions include cooking/baking (she was a pastry chef once upon a time!), hiking and travel.
Heather Whitehurst
Andrea Buchanan
Andrea is RYT-200 certified in Vinyasa Yoga, first with Green Lotus out of Ireland and then she completed a second 200 hour training with Frog Lotus Yoga out of Spain. Andrea also studied with Josh Summers, licensed acupuncturist, Yin Yoga teacher, and meditation instructor in Ireland for an additional 50 hour certification. Andrea moved to California in June 2022. She loves teaching creative flows with deep connection to breath and grounding yin practices. Her teaching style involves using a hybrid of anatomical cues, functional alignment and a little bit of whimsical language with modifications up and down so that students can learn and grow in her classes.
Heather Smith
Namaste. Iām Heather Smith. I have been a seeker all of my life. pursuing adventure one after another like a rogue little harfoot. One day I stumbled upon the path of yoga. I was captivated! The challenged of poses, creativity of flow, the building of muscles and increased flexibility. As I began to be more present in my yoga journey, I discovered an unexplored realm - my inner self. Yoga has gifted me the means to sift through trauma, to release the protective shell, and positively nature my essence. I believe in practicing curiosity and intellect, both mental and somatic, to allow ourselves to be more open and live more freely. Mu teachings are composed of playful and creative sequencing, woven with Vinyasa-Haha influence, placed on a bedrock of compassionate self-inquiry.
